Kassandra Bossell is a Sydney based artist working in sculpture and installation. Kassandra holds a Masters in Fine Arts, UNSW 2018 and has had solo and group exhibitions both in Australia and overseas since 1991.
Bossell’s work addresses the epoch of the Anthropocene by celebrating the growth, co-evolution and decay of species together.
Through direct commissions and public EOIs, Bossell makes public art for festivals of art and culture and for community, Indigenous and regional projects.
Bossell works in in a range of scales for leading arts organizations including museums, theatres, film, festivals and events.
Bossell’s sculptural work combines science and art to contemplate the interdependence of evolution in a multi- species focus.
